Want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Islanders with an intellectual disability? Your contribution, no matter the size, will aid us in ensuring that the over 700 children, youth and adults with an intellectual disability across PEI who use our programs are able to continue to do so.

Special Olympics Prince Edward Island is largely a volunteer-based organization, and we depend on support from our partners and donors to provide programs, mentorship, and resources. You can be certain that your donation will be put to use to directly benefit those who we work hard to support and 100% stays right here on the Island.

Your support allows us to continue to provide the programs, mentorship, and resources required by our athletes, coaches, and volunteers to change the lives of Islanders with an intellectual disability.

Your contribution, no matter the size, will aid us in ensuring that the children, youth and adults with an intellectual disability who use our programs are able to continue to do so.

Special Olympics PEI accepts online donations on behalf of individuals or organizations. You can make a one-time gift or choose to continue giving on a monthly basis. We also offer the option of making a gift in honour or in memory of someone, with the choice of sending a card.

Planned Giving

A planned gift is a very personal decision and we encourage you to discuss it with your financial advisors. By talking with your financial advisor you can discuss ways you can use your assets to ensure your loved ones are taken care of while maximizing the tax benefits to them through charitable contributions. You can do this while you are able to see the impact your gift has for our organization by way of gifts of insurance, transfer of shares or as part of your final estate plans. Please consider including Special Olympics Prince Edward Island Inc as part of your legacy to ensure programs and services will remain for future generations of Island athletes with an intellectual disability.
